Fulbright Alum Awarded 2022 Nobel Laureate in Physics
Fulbright Alum Anton Zeilinger was a named a joint recipient of the 2022 Nobel Prize in Physics. In 1976–77, Anton Zeilinger studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a Fulbright Student from Austria. He taught at the Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien) and MIT before becoming president of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (ÖAW).
